Cotton House is an amazing property. The location is fantastic with nice walks from your door. Lots of nice touches to make your stay enjoyable.
A lovely stay and we hope to return one day. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the surrounding areas of Matlock, Cromford and Mam Tor.

Juliet was a great host. The property was perfect, it’s set over 3 floors with plenty of space and a lovely garden. It was extremely clean and had everything you would need.
I’d highly recommend for anyone wanting to visit Matlock.
We had a great time exploring the old mining caves and visited some brilliant restaurants.
I’d highly recommend The Family Tree for breakfast and Le Mistral Wirksworth for dinner.

What wonderful accommodation to stay in. It is indeed beautifully decorated and I am going home to find the living room tables for my house. Nicest Airbnb I have stayed in and I would recommend it to everyone. We will be back for longer next time.

Stayed here for 3 nights & had a great time. The house itself is lovely, clean with great amenities and is the most well stocked (tea, coffee, etc.) Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The location is fantastic with lots of walking & cycling routes nearby. Juliet was also a great host who answered any queries very quickly & was available on the phone when needed.

This is the perfect Airbnb to explore the numerous walks of the Peak District, as well as a short drive to Matlock, Bakewell and Buxton – must sees if you’re in the area. The house has everything you could possibly need, and only a 20 min walk from the pubs of Cromford. We had the most lovely and relaxing stay and couldn’t recommend this Airbnb enough!

This is a beautiful home, perfect for anyone visiting the Peak District. The house is very clean, has everything you need and we loved our stay here.
Juliet is a fantastic host and responds to messages promptly.
Definitely recommend visiting the John Smedley outlet shop across the road, everything is a fraction of the price you would pay in Selfridges, Flannels, etc.

Lovely house in an amazing location to explore the Peak District! Very clean throughout and so well equipped with everything in the kitchen you could possibly need which was ideal for us as we like to cook. Would highly recommend!
